Before you can solve the right problem, you need to understand what the right problem actually is. Design Research is the practice of getting there - systematically, but with curiosity. We use qualitative methods to map the landscape before anyone picks up a pen: who are the people involved, what do they actually need, how do they behave, and why.
What makes Design Research distinct is its focus on context. Not just what people say, but what they do and aspire. Not just the surface request, but the underlying dynamic driving it. Through interviews, observation, and careful analysis, patterns emerge that rarely show up in a brief or a spreadsheet - the friction nobody mentioned, the workaround everyone uses, the need that hasn't been named yet.
The result is not just better information. It is a shared understanding of the system: the relationships, the tensions, the moments where a small intervention can create a meaningful shift. Design Research doesn't tell you what to build. It tells you what's worth building and for whom.

We believe in a tailored approach to fit user insight into the design process. Based on proven qualitative research methods.
